Primal Yoga, Power Yoga with Sophia Bonacorso from Ignite Power Yoga, and Mat Pilates with Bella from Hyde Studio. Three back-to-back classes in the field house all morning.
💪 Gym Experience
Muscle Mind Movement, Mt. Olympus, and Rx Strength on the outdoor turf — challenges, competitions, and demos all morning. Come test yourself.
⚡ Workshops
Lymphatic Movement with Lori Russell, and an Agility Speed & Explosiveness Workshop for high school and college athletes.
🔥 Wood Fire Sauna + Cold Plunge
A 10-person wood fire sauna and cold plunges running all morning. Push hard, recover harder.

American Cancer Society
Team Primal is running the Chicago Marathon to raise money for American Cancer Society. You will see members of the team at the event and running the raffle. All proceeds from the raffle will go to ACS
Vendor Village Passport
All attendees will receive a sponsor/vendor catalog that will include a vendor village passport. Complete your passport to earn 1 raffle ticket!

Frequently asked questions
Where is Primal Fest?
Winchester Community Park (Teamworks Winchester), 120 Cross St, Winchester, MA 01890. Parking is available on-site with overflow parking available a short walk away at the Muraco School.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable workout clothes you can move in. Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat, and some energy! If you choose to use the sauna and cold plunge bring a bathing suit and towel.
What's the difference between VIP and Primal Experience?
Both gets you exclusive Mezzanine access with food and drink, a gratitude bag, unlimited workshop access, and priority entry.
Primal Experience gets you a seat at the Primal Dinner. A private family-style dinner hosted by Tim Russell at Pignones Cafe after the festival. 20 seats only.
What if it rains?
Primal Fest runs rain or shine! In the event of heavy weather we'll move outdoor activities inside. We'll send a weather update email on July 30th and a final update at 6am on August 1st.
Are tickets refundable?
All sales are final. Tickets can be transferred to another person with notice. Email us at primalruss@primal-experience.com
Can I add workshops at checkout?
YES! GA ticket holders can add a single workshop for $15 or an unlimited workshop pass for $30.
